Termite Estimates- FREE – The licensed professional will tailor a treatment that is best to prevent termites for your property. The technician will quote a price and type of bond available for your property.

- Pretreat- New construction treatment
- Soil pretreat – Treat the soil foundation before the structure is built.
- Wood treatment- Treat the wood substructure(framing) before the house is built, after the framing inspection has been performed, but before the insulation is installed.

Types of bonds offered
- Damage Formosa bond - Covers retreating home for active Eastern Subterranean termites & Formosa Termites and covers the damages caused by active termites
- Damage Repair bond- Covers retreating home for active Eastern Subterranean termites and covers the damages caused by active termites.
- Retreatment bond- Covers retreating home for active termites. No damages are covered in this warranty.
- CL-100 -Wood infestation report used for real estate sales, refinancing. This inspection would show if there are previous termite damage, present active termites, wood fungus, moisture, beetle damage, etc. Very detailed inspection and letters are good for 45 days.
- Vapor Barriers- We install polyethylene (Plastic) under home at 80% ratio, starting from high end of home and running down to low end of home. Polyethylene is tacked down with insulation hangers. You DO NOT want 100 % coverage or it will cause dry rot.

The yearly pest control covers roaches, ants, spiders (except carpenter ants). The yearly pest control is guaranteed for one year. We do an initial treatment, which include treating the baseboards throughout the entire home, perform crack and crevice treatment down sides of dishwasher, and use bait under sinks. We place granules around outside foundation perimeter. If you have any problem during the year we come back free of charge.
Fleas Treatment- ask customer to vacuum before we come to home, throw away vacuum bag in the outside garbage can, just in case it has flea eggs it wont hatch inside the home. Fan spray carpets, bedding if customer would like it (all sheets, blanket removed off bed and wash) Warn the customer if they stay inside home keep shoes on, watch when you walk from carpet to linoleum floors will be slick. All pets have to be out of home for approx 2-½ hours or till carpets dry. If they have ceiling fans- turn them on will help carpets dry faster. Do not let small children crawl on carpets till they are totally dry.
Rodent treatments- Treatment varies per job.
